The aim of training:
- The faculty of economy and management provides wide range of knowledge in such areas (Independent problem solving orientated organiztation, operating and directing economical processes) which come up as basic necessity at the present domestic markets and at markets in the EU, in the company of economical experts working in wide range of branches of profile, directing and operating firms. The demand for the faculty is surely increased by the informatics and foreign language competences aquired during the training, supporting accomodation to the changes of the enviroment.

- on the one hand starting a carrier at firms or in busness life, at calculating organizations at special management offices etc. Immediately after graduating
- On the other hand it prepares them for further studies and for master training.

Preparing for master training
Programmes and methods built in the curriculum of the faculty serve the ability of accomodation satisfying the long term social demands, the forming of proper communication skills, and preparing for the continous studies, making possible for the most suitable students to furhter develop to master level.

The economical organizations and institutions need the experts finishing the new basic faculty for planning, analyzins and evaluating their economical processes, and for organizing and harmonizing special functions. The sample plan of the training concentrates on the practical education, which plans practical education in 35 percent besides theoretical preparation, harmonizingg with the demands of labour market that expects practice orientated preparation from BA trainings.

The aim of training:
It provides wide range of knowledge in such areas (Installing and operating technical informatics and information systems and services, planning and developing their data and programme systems) which come up as basic demand at the domestic markets and at the markets in the EU. At the Bsc level faculty the college trains experts meeting the requirements of the labour market, having knowledge in practical software development and application, who at the same time are provided with the nevessary theoretical knowledge so that the students who are suitable for that can continue their studies at the Msc level. Our aim is that the students can finish their studies with a competitiveknowledge and their being able to integrate into the world of labour quickly and effectively.

Preparing for the master training:
for the students who want to continue their studies at master level and who know the Msc level informatics engineering programmes - from the fifth semester we initiate special preparing practice lessons which provide deeper knowledge in the field of mathematics and theoretical informatics. Besides them the students can take up special subjects from the subjects that can be chosen facultatively at the universities initiating master training. This way we ensure a constant transition towards master training. We ensure further possibilities by making it possible for the graduating students to prepare their thesis at the educational and research institutions cooperaing with us, where our students who are interested get into direct connection with the current research themes.
Chances and possibilities for finding a job
the social and labour market demand for the Bsc level faculty of informatics engineering appears strictly both on the side of the employers and on that of the students. Following the carrier of the students already with the qualification of college basic training of engineer - informatician could mostly take up a carrier in the following scope of duties:
Informatician, informatics system manager, system engineer, programmer, software developer, SAP cooperator, system manager, etc.

The aim of training:
The faculty has dual aim in training. On the one hand to train such engineers who can fulfill managing tasks on the basis of knowledge in the natural sciences, technology, economy, human sciences and management in a narrower special field (E.g. logistics, production and quality management, product and marketing management, human resources management, service and safety organizing management, enviromental and information management). On the other hand the aim of the training is preparing the student for further studies, for master training. In the differenciated professional basic material a special stress is placed firstly on the knowledge of informatics application, secondly on enterprice management and thirdly on safety organizing. All these things contribute to the fact that the students graduated at that faculty during fulfilling different technical management tasks, can apply informatics at a high level and at the same time we prepare the students to be able to do management tasks in the field of informatics.

The high level and at the same time practice orientated training giving knowledge in technical economical management connecting it directly with informatics make the graduated students suitable to direct and leat the different types and sizes of enterprises, for valuable cooperation, for racionalizing economical processes. For the students graduated there is a great demand in the fields of industry, trade, health, transport and state management.
